Since our founding in 2010, our team has represented the brain trust behind several innovative medical products including the evolution of suture passing technology and flexible surgical instrumentation. Our team works closely with customers to deliver quality goods, specialized solutions, and live up to the highest standards.

TMW History
1962
Frank Valadez (left), grandfather to owner Johnny Valadez established a family legacy steeped in manufacturing innovation.
2010
Cofounders Jonny Valadez and Brad Topper established Technical Manufacturing West in Santa Clarita, CA.
2012
TMW acquired 20 different customers producing 10+ medical devices. After a few challenges, they were able to relocate to a larger facility in Santa Clarita.
2017
The team grew to 85 employees and expanded to two shifts. Many specializing in assembly, machine operation, swiss, deburr, engineering, shipping, quality inspecting, maintenance, and administration.
2023
